England's Bowling Consultant Tim Southee Unsure on The Ashes Participation

England bowling consultant Tim Southee is currently evaluating the extent of his role will be during the forthcoming Ashes series in the host nation.
The ex- Kiwi seamer is expected to be present for the first Test because of his participation in the ILT20 tournament, which begins on December 2 in the UAE.
Southee, aged 36, assumed a role as the English team's pace bowling advisor in the warmer months after taking 391 scalps in 107 Tests for the Kiwis.
Commenting as England's team for the opening of three Twenty20 games against New Zealand was announced, he stated of his availability: "We are still evaluating that at the present time.
"We'll see the outcome over the coming days."
England bowling legend Stuart Broad had stated the Australia side as their "worst team since 2010", but Southee was in little doubt over the anticipated challenge during the contest, which begins on November 21.
"I don't think there's ever a bad Aussie side," he remarked.
"The team's attention is squarely on what we're trying to do. I think the quality of [England's] side that's heading out to the host country is excellent.
"It should be an thrilling encounter, the Ashes. Not only [are|do] English and Australian people eagerly anticipate it, I believe the entire cricketing community is."
However, prior to the English team travel to Perth for the first Ashes match, they face the Kiwis in the city of Christchurch on Saturday.
